CMOAI STRIKE ?????? bY P K SINGH RATHOR Dear all, Yesterday, there was meeting of CMOAI with mgt.Mgt. requested association members to call off the strike.It assured to form a committee to talk on the agenda for taking decision.The members from all companies who attended the meeting,later on held internal deliberation to take decision on the request of managemnt for calling off the strike.Sri PK singh , Secy General insisted on continuing the programme till our demands are discuseed and agreed.NCL only supported the view of Sri P K Singh.Sri Damodar Banerji,Treasurer directly opposed and told that ECL would not go on strike even if other companies go ahead. BCCL,CCL.WCL, CMPDIL ,MCL and ECL representatives showed inability and pressurised to withdraw the strike. Under pressure, Sri P K Singh resigned from the post which was not accepted.It was reolved that CMOAI will take further action regarding strike after election of CMOAI(Apex) is completed.Most of the leaders betrayed and did not honour the sentiments of general mass members.It is very unfortunate part on us.We should not have withdrawn the programme.This has weakened the morale of general mass and this is clear case of breach of trust of ECL.BCCL,CMPDIL,WCL,CCL and MCL leaders with their members.Leaders of these companies are not connected with members and just have involved themselves in anti member activities.Now, the time has come to identify and elect leaders of clean image,bold and dedicated to CMOAI cause.We need to give lesson to the traitors President,CMOAI(apex) is likely to send a letter to managment for calling off the strike but till 11.30(18/9/13) such letter has been handed over. Sri P K Singh have moved to NCL where he will atend a general body meeting of NCL branch.He will interact with memebers and expose the mis deeds of betrayer.
