#CONFESSIONS OF A NON RUNNER Update Went for my first 7km run today, and though Im not entirely sure it was 7km, I did it! Why arent I sure its 7km? Well, the sign said 3.5km to Whites Beach. So I ran to a sign that said Whites Beach and figured that must be the mark. BUT, I did the whole run under 40 minutes. Not entirely positive I did it that fast...! But anyway, it was definitely the furtherest Ive EVER run! Gold! 5 weeks to go! AND..I have TWO spots left on my special power hour offer.
