CORE work!! Yes, your back is part of your core and just as important to strengthen as the front!!! We tend to focus on our 6 pack, when really, what gives you a flat stomach is the underlying muscles (and of course having lower body fat). But the lower back is something MOST people neglect. The inner ab/core muscles are critical to have a solid foundation underneath! So dont forget to strengthen the entire core! A few awesome exercises for that are below. Do as many as you can with good form, take a rest and do more of them!! Youll get stronger as you do them regularly, which in turn, will make these exercises much easier for you!
