CREAMY CHICKEN AND CHILI ENCHILADAS 1 Lb. Chicken Breast Strips (uncooked) 1 pkg. 8 oz. Cream Cheese (Bar-type) 1 can 4.5 oz. Chopped Green Chilies 12 Whole Grain Tortillas (6") 2 cans Green Chile Enchilada Sauce (10 oz.) 3/4 cup Low Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese * Heat oven to 400 deg. Spray a glass baking dish 9" x 13" * In a nonstick skillet cook chicken until no longer pink in center. Stir in cream cheese and diced green chilies. Stir until cream cheese is melted and well blended. * Spoon chicken mixture onto tortillas, roll up and place seam side down in baking dish. Pour enchilada sauce over and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes until hot and bubbly and cheese is melted. 12 Enchiladas
