CURIOUS...has anyone pre-planned their funeral? How do you envision your big send off? When I got diagnosed with cancer, I began the process of planning my funeral. The festivities include everyone signing my biodegradable cotton plain white tank top (my tattoos ablazin) and a pair of capris, with a colorful Sharpie that will be in a cup, held by dead me. Then the person will receive a party gift bag (including Cheetos, my favorite), handed to them by my best friend, dressed as the Grim Reaper. The bag will also include 2 goofy pictures of me. One for them to keep if they wish and the other to toss into a fire bowl, symbolizing the END of mourning and then a green burial. No vault, no embalming. Just After that, there will be a huge party with karaoke, beer and BBQ. No wretched hymns, no religion and no depressing black clothes...unless of course, the black is an old, vintage concert tee. 😜 What do YOU have planned??
