CURRENT TIME: 6:45 p.m PST 1 EN MEMBER SIGN UP $650 DAY 5th week producing 3-5 Sign ups per day (2 more months till 45k monthly) 69 PERSONALLY ENROLLED MEMBERS FOR MARCH 31 more members to HIT 100 MEMBERS this month!!! (Now for some VALUE since some douche cursed me out saying I dont post enough value based content and trust me this isnt for you) Your either building two types of people in this industry: Entrepreneurs or Wantrepreneurs Independent BOs or Codependent BOs Too many people loose faith in themselves and feel like program hopping is the only way for you and your teams success... I recognize I had shiny ball syndrome 6 months into my career and it took for my income to drop to recognize if Im going to be in this industry, Im going to listen to 7 figure earners and DO EXACTLY what they tell me. I DECIDED TO FOCUS ALL MY ENERGY ON PRODUCTION ONLY. And since I CHOSE to realize that a 5 and 6 figure monthly income takes EXTREME FOCUS in 1 DIRECTION, I did exactly that! I placed 2nd 4 times on the leaderboards and closing in on our first $30,000 month.... I put my EGO to the SIDE I listened and didnt question While everyone lost their balls and found shiny ones, I kept mine. I had a breakthrough and everything changed. The truth is NOT EVERYONE is going to make it. Not because of the company, the comp plan or the systems. But because not everyone is willing to work hard for $25,$100,$200,$500,$1,000 and even $3,000 commissions... They arent willing to take 100% responsibility for their results. If your team isnt duplicating, LEAD BY EXAMPLE, create a BIGGER RESULT and inspire them into ACTION. Like my boy Keala Kanae said Im obligated to succeed for my team and show them whats possible I FEEL THE EXACT WAY. I cant wuss out on them.... Im obligated to take my monthly income to 100k this summer to PAVE THE WAY for them! Because the people who do make a $30,000-$100,000 a month income are the ones who STUCK IT OUT, FOCUSED and MADE IT HAPPEN. I guess this was supposed to be a RANT But since this is usually not like me Ill end it there. What are your thoughts on creating the success you want?
