Calling ALL runners: We had a wonderful lunch with the Great Aloha Run coordinators yesterday. They are so excited that DumBell Fitness® is apart of the Presidents 100 club again. This means we need 100 of our friends and family to sign up for the GAR under our code #168. It cost $10 more than the military rate, BUT its for an amazing cause. ALL the race entries are donations that go to support local causes. They give away ALL the money raised. Its my favorite race of the year and its for such an amazing cause. You dont have to run the whole thing...there are thousands of walkers and strollers. Its seriously the best race of the year!)
