Calorie guideline. Dont feel bad if you are over 200, I started out at 250. We all have to start somewhere! As you can see, we dont need to be eating 1000-1200 calories a day. I would never be able to stick with that! Use this as a guideline to plan your meals. We will be planning our meals in Myfitnesspal.
