Came across this immaculate DC-3 this morning in LB and just had to stop. Turns out the guy in the suit is its owner and pilot, Clay Lacy. Apparently he is a well known aviator and former pilot of DC-3s and DC-8s for United, and was once the personal pilot for the President and founder of United Air Lines. Had a great chat and even scored some great pictures and a calendar! And then, just like that, he was gone...
