Any suggestions welcomed October 28, 2013 Joanne O’Brien, President/Founder Direct abundance Mississauga, Ontario Canada Dear Ms. O’Brien: Re: Laptop donation to our community scholarship program Westmore College is currently establishing a community computer literacy program for its students at the Spanish Town Campus in St. Catherine Jamaica. I was pleased to have met with you at Humber College to discuss additional scholarships for individuals your organization recommends and how Direct Abundance can work with Westmore College to assist more students through our scholarship program while continuing to provide students with computer literacy and education for the future. We are currently seeking Direct Abundance’s assistance with an in kind donation of eight (8) laptops to furnish our community computer lab located at the campus of Westmore College in the heart of Spanish Town, St. Catherine, Jamaica. These items are needed to launch the opening of the community lab. The lab is scheduled to be opened Monday January 13, 2014. The opening of this new lab will include ribbon cutting and photo opportunities to celebrate its milestone. We request the honor of your presence at the ribbon cutting and we are pleased to invite you to cut the ribbon on that day along with the other Canadian partners.
