Can someone from the Cebu Pacific help my sister, her husband and - TopicsExpress

Can someone from the Cebu Pacific help my sister, her husband and three little children? Its past 11:00PM now they have not yet taken their dinner. Heres the story: Their Cebu Pacific flight to Manila was delayed (a usual). While they were still in Mactan Cebu International Airport, they approached the airline attendants to ask if their flight to Shanghai later in the evening would not be affected due to the delay in their Cebu-Manila flight, and they were told that those flights with passengers booked for connecting flights will receive an advise to delay also so to wait the delayed passengers from Cebu. Upon reaching Manila, they were made to wait until hastily told that their plane was about to fly. The entire family (my sister, her Norwegian husband, and children ages 9, 7 and 3-years old, were made to run at the taxiway just to catch up the plane going to Shanghai, but only to be told by the flight attendant that the plane was already full. They were held back to the Immigration line and waited until past 9:00PM and there they were directed to wait for another advise from airline higherups, this time they have not taken their dinner and people from Cebu Pacific give them nothing to eat despite the time was already past the time for dinner. At past 10:00PM, they were given a coupon to check in at the Remington Hotel across the Terminal 3. They went there and checked in. But when they ordered food, they were told by the crew that the hotel does not have in-service food beyond the time for dining. Its 11:39PM in my clock, and my sister who keeps on calling me to apprise of their situation there, said they have not yet taken their dinner. My 3-year old nephew got fever, perhaps, traumatized by this unacceptable incident caused by the Cebu Pacific. Anyone from Cebu Pacific, please help the family my sister, for the sake of my nephews. I texted their PR man, but no reply.
