Can someone please explain to me if this is a crime: Our neighbor called and had an officer come out(personally I find it a waste of their very precious time) because our 3/5 year olds were riding their Christmas quads in the road and 3 ten year old girls from down the block were riding their Christmas go cart in the road. All the parents were present and standing at intersections so cars knew to be cautious, several neighbors were out enjoying the sight because this hasnt always been the safest neighborhood and honestly its a nice sight( C street at Layton Dr). The cops didnt understand why they were here asked us to continue being careful and have a great day. PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY THE COPS WERE CALLED ?!?! If this isnt appropriate please delete admin, Im just wondering what weve done wrong
