ANNOUNCEMENT: RFP For Outboard Motor COLONIA, Yap (OPB, February 27, 2014) — The Government of Yap State, Federated States of Micronesia, will receive sealed proposals at the Office of Planning & Budget (OPB) until 1:00 PM local time, on April 17, 2014 for purchase and supply of 1 (one) outboard motor. The outboard motor shall be Mercury 30 horse power, 2 stroke jet drive. It shall be manual start, hand control and no power tilt-trim. The awarded vendor or company will be responsible to ship the motor to Fais Island. Al Ganangl proposals shall be placed in an opaque envelope addressed to: The Director Office of Planning & Budget Yap State Government P.O. Box 471 Colonia, Yap Federated States of Micronesia 96943 and labeled Fais Island Outboard Motor and shall incorporate the name and address of the company/vendor on the outside of the envelope.
