Can you help Daniel? "Hello addicted to martial arts i would like you to clear my doubts i am a 40 year old man and occasionally i excercised throughout my life. I am going to start practicing tae kwon do i would like to know if i am going to be able to do everything need in tae kwon do. Like the kicks the splits and breaking boards. I would like to know the truth, either way i will start doing tae kwon do. Thank you for your advice."
