Can you post anon please? Currently fighting for full custody of my 4 year old son who lives in MI. Its currently in the investigation process. Right now she has primary physical and we share legal. I travel out of state (about 700 miles) each month for a 4 day/3 night visit with him. Unbeknownst to me, my ex schedules medical or educational appointments during my parenting time and then notifies me last minute before my weekend with my son begins. Our case may be going to trial and its in limbo right now so Im not sure how I should proceed or counter these tactics. I already have such limited time with my son and she continues to schedule things during my time without asking or properly communicating this to me in advance. This month, 2 out of my 4 days with him are scheduled appointments. Im really frustrated, especially with the distance Im traveling to be with him. Any advice would really help. Thanks.
