Cannot get some peoples actions around my head!!!! How can you make someone redundant , use agency on a daily basis because you cannot cope otherwise and then advertise for an apprentice!!! Some people really piss me off!!! If certain people actually did their job properly rather than sit on their arse and talk to everyone like they are 3 years old maybe the work would get done and the business would thrive instead of paying dead money for a waste of space!!!! If only the others would stand their ground instead of kissing ass!!!!
