Cant seem to shake this cold I have but Im continuing to push it in the gym . Oh well just do it right .. Shoulders traps calves today Rear delt raises on incline bench 5 sets 12-15 Seated DB press 4 sets 10-12 no back Support 4 sets seated side raises 10-12 reps super set with cable side raises 10-12 reps 4 sets bb shrugs 8-10 reps 4 sets cable upright rows 12-15 reps Seated calves raises reps set 1 50 reps , 2nd set 40 reps , 3rd set 30 reps 4th set 20 reps Followed by 2 sets body weight valve raises 100 reps During training sipped on bcaas xplode and post training whey isolate with carbonox Olimp Sport Nutrition
