Cant win for losing at work. If I quit caring Im talked about. When I setup a dream team and we are number 1 at most everything, Im talked about. Now Im some sort of master mind because of the people I hand picked to run my store (isnt that what managers do? ). I treat my team with respect and no matter how society has changed I live and preach an oldschool culture that has worked for over 50 years and basic morals my parents taught me! No matter what it costs we do the right thing, we are dedicated to that. We work hard and we are honest with each other and our customers. We may bicker among each other but I guarantee you wont step foot in my store and say anything bad to one without feeling the wrath of all of us. I may never be a DM because of some of the leaders in my company but I promise I will be the leader in my store and let the haters hate as long as I know Im the role model to my team they deserve Im ok with where I am. Haters cant change the accomplishments and records I etched into time, or the memories of my customers from managing 6 stores. Feeling like a proud daddy with what we have already done at 1656. Great job guys!
