Cardio exercise, that ones a bit tougher than 15 min of lifting. Cardiologists say 20 minutes of cardio, 4+ days/wk, to decrease heart attack risk. Just start out w 25 jumping jacks, outside the truck. Rest. Try 50. Rest. Try 50 again. Try and do a total of 10 sets of 50, w rests in between. Dont work too hard. Enjoy it. Let it be a pleasurable intensity. Week by week, it will get easier and easier and you will have no problem cutting down and cutting out rest breaks and be able to crank them out for 20 minutes. Give it time. Dont rush it. Be comfortable. Adapt.
