Career Vacancy Announcement: VICE PRESIDENT or GENERAL MANAGER - ENVIRONMENTAL & SOCIAL SUSTAINABILITY Duty Station: Liberia Spearhead definition and achievement of environmental and social sustainability standards that represent industry best practice and surpass legal and regulatory requirements Work hand in hand with operating management, research and other divisions to specify, implement, monitor and continuously improve how we sustainably develop, maintain and run our palm oil business Liaise and develop mutual programs with the Government of Liberia at all levels, with International organizations such as RSPO, and with international and domestic NGOs Direct and manage our Environmental and Social Impact Studies, our Free Prior Informed Consent process, our High Conservation Value preservation and enhancement program and the High Carbon Stock management program QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Experience in several or all of Oil Palm, RSPO, FPIC, HCV, HCS, Tropical Forests, Land Rights, Poverty reduction, Liberian culture and society and food vulnerability issues Ph.
