Careful when you associate with those that have never been part of a team of anything. They’ve always had to only tend to themselves and it has always been about them. When you’re a part of a team you recognize your strengths and weaknesses and exactly where you fit in. You keep yourself from crossing the lines that have been drawn because you understand exactly where you function best and do not veer away from it. A team player is a support system for his teammate knowing that when his job is not fulfilled that no one around him can fulfill theirs either. The frustration comes when you’re the team player and the ones you associate with are individual success seekers. Nobody wins.
