Carscoops’ A-to-Z Guide to the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show [Updated] The arrival of September means one thing for car enthusiasts: the new auto show season is upon us, beginning with the Frankfurt Motor Show, also known in Germany as the Internationale Automobil-Ausstellung (IAA – International Automobile Exhibition), that occurs every two years, alternating with the Paris Auto Show. The key dates to remember for this year’s event are September 10 and 11 for the press when we will shift into high gear for the debuts, and September 12 through 22 for the public when you can visit the show. On this page, we’ll be presenting a clickable list of all the world and European premieres of production and concept cars, starting with the preliminary list of confirmed and rumored debuts (which will be updated accordingly), and continuing with the live introductions from the motor show floor. Some of the confirmed highlights of the Frankfurt motor show include the Quattro Sport Concept from Audi, the gasoline-electric hybrid i8 Coupe from BMW, the Infiniti Q30 compact hatchback study, the new Mazda3 series and the Citroen C4 Picasso range.
