CashNow is back! We are proud to say that CashNow is back in operation starting today. We have been open now for 3 months officially and have had enormous success. We are the only company in the philippines to offer this type of service. As such we have our share of growing pains. The overwhelming majority of you have been wonderfully supportive and understanding as we woked through these. Some, not so much, but we know we will never please everyone. We currently have. 94% 5 star rating. We want to thank all of you for that. Why did we have to stop? To be simple - we grew too fast for our existing banking relationships to handle. As a result, we have moved to different banking products that can grow with us as we we grow. Some banks really slowed us down and caused us issues. So we have ceased doing business with many. More on this later. We also used this time to make many changes to our system. Think of it as CashNow 2.0. All of these changes will be rolling out in the next two weeks. Our growing pains have taught us a lot. The change from employment verification to COE is an example. Your input on this item proved invaluable and now our process has become even more streamline. What can you expect to see? Introducing CashNow 2.0 Speed, speed, and more speed! Our changes are all about getting you approved faster, getting the money to you, and saving you money as well. The biggest change you will see is that we now have partner relationships with six banks - 1 - Metrobank 2 - BPI 3 - BDO 4 - Robinsons 5 - RCBC 6 - Unionbank We had issues with speed with several banks out there. So we have decided to only work with the banks that offer us the fastest and best service. We refuse to allow banks to slow down our service to you. These banks make up about 90% of our customer base so only a very small number will be effected. We are sorry that we cant accommodate the others, but as stated, we wont allow banks to slow down your access to the loans you need. Auto debit - Are you tired of being charged by your bank to make your loan payment? We hate that too! Why should your bank charge you to make your payment? Neither you nor us have control over this. Regardless, we wanted to solve it once and or all so that our customers wont be charged unnecessary fees. introducing auto debit. In about two weeks, we will have auto debit agreements in place with our six partner banks. This means that your payment will be automatically paid from your bank account. No more fees. Any fees that are charged for this, CashNow will shoulder. No more hassle to make your payment and best of all? No more fees! You let us know you hate the fees and we heard you! All current loans will remain as they are. All new loans issued after we go live with this will be on the new auto debit system. Existing customers will not be able to make use of this until you re-loan. New site - Our new site will be launched in the next week. It is cleaner, faster, and easier to use. We got a lot of feedback on this from you and we have made a lot of changes to help the site be easier to use. Streamlined loan request form - We have made this easier and have all the requirements all in one place. Once you complete it, that is all you need to do. You wont need to go anywhere else in the system. Updated loan reminder payment reminder - As we migrate away from the old payment method, we will change how the email reminders work. You will receive an email on the day before your payment will be withdrawn from your account. You will also be reminded that you wont have to worry about any fees for the payment. Totally changed late payment penalty - We had a lot of requests for this one. Instead of charging a percentage that was often difficult to calculate, we will just charge a flat fee for each day the payment is late. However, we will be granting a 3 day grace period before we start charging the fee. The fee will be 20 pesos per day the payment is late. No more complicated percentages. Thank you to all of you who suggested this to us. With your help, we have made this step easier. Our new site will also automatically update to show you what penalties, if any, will need to be paid. We want to thank all of you, our wonderful customers, for your support. We are sorry we had to pause services last week, but we are back and better than ever! Keep a look out for all the changes coming. One last thing. We will be launching an app where you can do your entire loan process from your phone or tablet soon....
