Logline The intertwine stories of opposite lives, where a lonely paranoid elder woman who progressively degenerates into madness, and a young couple’s relationship doomed to fall apart, cross paths at a tragic end without realizing how they impacted each without ever meeting once. Characters SUZY Frail old woman 70-80 years old: small, suspicious, very wrinkled, solitude and senile dementia beginning to leave traces of PARANOIA. Navigating between child-like behavior and complete neurosis, this character is supposed to portray to the spectator a combination of endearment and sadness, even pity. ELO A classic French young woman, 25-30 years old: Curious, strong, emphatic and with an ambitious drive. Elo is a dreamer, living in the future, questioning everything in the present. Elo begins to question the choices that she has made and what kind of future she could ever have with Maxime. She had dreams and expectations of what her life with Maxime would look like, but she has come to realize is very far from the reality of her situation. Her disappointment and doubt become points of anger and confusion, as she struggles to find her way through the mess her heart has lead her into. MAXIME Male, French, with a hint of immigrant descendent, late 25-30 years old. Comes from working class, suburbs of Paris. Lazy and apathetic, with an ironic and irreverent approach to life. Maxime is stagnated in a stupor of inactivity and indifference. Audition Sunday 18th of May Location: Paris 75008 Script and exact location for audition will be provided upon inquiry.
