Celebrity chef Paula Deen admitted in a recorded deposition that she used the N-word, told racist jokes and planned a slavery-themed wedding, according to multiple reports. Fox News reported the May 17 deposition was part of a $1.2 million lawsuit brought by Lisa Jackson, the former manager of a Savannah, Georgia, restaurant run by Deen and her brother Bubba Hiers. In the deposition, Deen reportedly replied, "Yes, of course," when asked if she used the N-word.
