Thus - Beginning April 1, 2014, CDFA will administratively discontinue enforcement of CCR 3277, the CLB State Exterior Quarantine. CDFA, Industry, University of California, and the Oregon Department of Agriculture will cooperate to develop cereal leaf beetle IPM program. Key components of this program will include grower outreach and education, CLB field surveys, recommended treatments, and release of Bio-Control agents.
