Chairman JKLF and Senior APHC Leader JAVAID AHMAD MIR, says to West , Europe and UNO "THERE ARE SOME DISPUTES WHICH THEY NEED TO SOLVE NOT ON BASIS OF INTERESTS BUT ON THE BASIS OF HUMANITY BECAUSE KASHMIRI PEOPLE ARE NOT SCAPGOATS AFTERALL WE HAVE THE SAME BLOOD LIKE THE PEOPLE OF YOUR COUNTRIES" Its been 67 Years both india and Pakistan has done a lot between them there have been wars and after every war there have been peaceful agreements in presence of United Nations, West, Europe and other international peace forms without the representatives of Kashmir but after every peace agreement the situation remained same. Since Kashmir dispute is a creation of British Govt. and we can see since than how much loss both countries have done of eachother including the people of J&K and is still continuing.Its clear that the whole responsibility is on the International Community mainly the UNO because this is still being held by UNO.From last 3 Decades UNO has solved many issues including East Taimor, Sudan, Ireland, made peaceful pact between Palestine and Israel and played a role in Afghanistan and Iraq.Since india has promised the pilbicit with people of J&K by the first PM of India Lt. Jawarlal Nehru and its congress govt.Kashmir dispute is a long pending dispute even before the 9/11 and its been taken as if the scenario has been changed only after the 9/11 by the international community.Kashmir is a long standing dispute and it can prove a dangerous for whole south-east asia if its not solved and its the unfortunate for the people of Kashmir because there is no such sources like petrol and gold around us.At present situation the daily military confilitrations along the LOC over the few months is continuing with the increasing tension. Whenever the situation over here worsens and more blood shed happens the international community makes a timely statements, appeals both the countries to make a peaceful dialogue after that within no time the international community becomes silent which has been seen by kashmiris from last 3 decades and effects on 150 crore people of Indo Pak including J&K.In 1988 when JKLF and freedom loving people of kashmir started this struggle journalists , human right activists, member parliaments from Britain , Europe, West and dozens of indian prominent human right activists from every part of world came here to meet with us.In 1991 Ex secretary of United States(USA) Miss Robin Raphael came to meet us in Srinagar with senior journalist and author Mr. Gh. Nabi Khayal.She met me at Hazratbal and discussed about the kashmir dispute and human right violations.At that time Miss Robin Raphael appealed us to start a peaceful political and diplomatic movement because due to the gun struggle there is a huge human loss but i told her from 1947 to 1988 kasmiri people started a peaceful movement in the name of pilbicit front but Govt. of india did not understood kashmiris political and diplomatic voice and only due to this situation we had started a gun struggle to divert world attention on kashmir dispute.its due to sacrifics of kashmiri freedom loving people including our youths, sisters and elders you had come to meet us before 1988 when we were continuing with our peaceful movement and no one else came in to meet with us from Britain , Europe and west to support us since it was and it is a long standing issue in UNO.After the partition of india and pakistan 3 bloodshed wars have been fought and its only due to the interference of west and europe ceasefire got placed between the Indo Pak in 1947, 1965, 1971 and in kargil war.Even after this the UNO, west and europe acted as spectator over the kashmir dipute.The kashmir dispute which has become a nuclear flashpoint can lead to the nuclear war at any time and destroy whole South East asia.In 1995 the foreign minister of Britain Mr. Robin Cook had come to kashmir to meet with JKLF and APHC leaders and promised with us to support our peaceful struggle for right of self determination and even the Ex PM of Britain Mr. John Mager gave a statement to solve the kashmir issue peacefully.In 1995 JKLF announced unilateral ceasefire and after ceasefire indian paramilitary forces had killed 500 JKLF workers and activists including renowed human right activist advocate Jaleel Indrabi.In the last 25 years more than 550 graveyards have been filled with the kashmiri freedom loving people in whole J&K which is a proof for international community of acting like a mute spectators.After that dozens of indian human rights activists and civil society persons came in and met us within jails and outside which sung the same song of Ahinsa and peace in which they had there own political and invidual interests which were those indian human right activists and columinists who always roamed our offices and jails begged, advised for peace and peaceful movement and those civil society activists who couldnt save one kashmiri from various prisons in india due to which double standards of indian civil society and its govt. the hundreds of kahmiri youths were given life imprisonment and even Mohd. Afzal Guru was hanged by indian govt. and thousands of youths got disappeared after the arrests by indian security forces.In 2008-09 and 10 hundreds of youths were martyed by paramilitary forces and police in the peaceful protests, thousands were been arrested and detained under the draconian laws of PSA on which the whole indian civil society made a criminal silence and started publishing articles and politics over these innocent killings and hang of Mohd. Afzal Guru as such the Indian civil society got divided in the name of BJP and Congress who always support the both governments because the draconain laws of indian judiciary are to be implemented only for the kashmiris just to rolong long standing kashmir dispute.These draconian laws have never been implemented on people of Gujrat, Delhi , Maharashtra, communal main stream parties and other states of India as congress have always surrendered before the communalism.Its our hope on the international community that they will give careful consideration to the real situation which is there responsibility, as there are some disputes which they need to solve not on basis of interests but on the basis of humanity because kashmiri people are not scapgoats afterall we have the same blood like the people of your countries.
