Change up Your Breakfast Looking for some new breakfast ideas? Try some of these ideas. -Protein Shake. 25-50g whey protein mixed in unsweetend almond milk, or coconut water. Add frozen berries or handful of your favorite nuts. -Leftovers from night before. -Mini muffin pan omelets -Turkey/chicken sausage -Quinona- mixed with some cinnamon, or berries, sliced almonds -Smoked salmon on rice crackers -Greek yogurt with fresh berries -Smoothie- coconut/almond milk mixed with a frozen banana (or any other fruit) and scoop of protein powder. -poached salmon with tomato and avocado slices -Almond butter on gluten free bread or whole grain bread -Homemade protein pancakes
