Cheats fish pie for 1 (can do on larger scale) This is a recipe i used a lot in my student days, but have recently revived it for quick lunch or dinner.. Tin of fish in tomato sauce, can use any, sardines, pilchards etc, i used mackerel in this in spicy tom sauce, tipped it into individual pie dish, fried some onion and peppers (you can use whatever you fancy) tipped that on top of fish boiled n mashed some spud, or use leftovers and and topped the dish with the spud. Whack in oven for 30 mins, blooming lovely.. Miki xx
