First he had taken care of some rot repair and we were super pleased with both his thoroughness and how easy he was to work with. Being from out of state and not being able to spend the time to over see the projects we were immediately at ease with Steve and his crew and left our home in his care. We have a master plan so to speak but our budget only allows us to do these projects one at a time and Steve has been able to do each within our budget, time frame and with no surprises or add-ons. To date he has repaired some rot damage, replaced our roof, added a new deck as well as replaced our kitchen. I highly recommend Sollenne Homes to anyone who takes pride in their home and wants the work done correctly the first time and at a reasonable price.
