Chef De Partie Full OR Part-Time!!! This very busy Gastro pub in the Dorking area are looking for a very experienced Chef de Partie. The successful person will act as a no. 2 for the Head Chef, offering full support in all areas / sections of the Kitchen. Being responsible for a modern British menu all from fresh ingredients. Also responsible for making decisions on the menu / changes to the menu, stock - ordering and control, Health & Safety paperwork and inputting invoices. The shifts are 5/7 with 1 early and 4 doubles / splits. It gets extremely busy in the summer time due to a large garden area with outside catering including bbq’s etc. Great opportunity to work with a Michelin * trained Head Chef who is pro-active and eager to move the business forward. Part-time Hours – Monday – 9am – 3pm/6pm Tuesday – 9am – 6pm Saturdays – 9am – 4pm / 6pm or 12pm – 6pm Sundays (not all) – 12 – 6pm.
