Cherrie asks: 9 yrs ago I did the low carb diet hard core and working out I lost 65 pounds..after losing the weight Ive lived low carb ever since. 40 to 60 carbs a day. Last year I went to no carb and got to my lowest and got sick. I realized that wasnt a good path to take. So I went back to.40 to 60 and started weight lifting and gained weight in a good way. I got hurt and had to stop the weights. I put on some unwanted weight. I decided About 5 weeks ago to eat 20 or less carbs a day I am also working out. The scale has not moved when before it always did. I feel a little smaller but not much. Is my body just used to this lifestyle where its not going to do anything for me anymore?
