Chicken vindaloo yesterday over garlic, paprika and turmeric rice, served with season 1, episode 6 of Red Dwarf. Today I made a traditional British beef pie in a potato crust enjoyed with freshly made butterbeer over season 1 episodes of Hogans Heroes, and mixed the leftover potato with Neufchatel, ranch dip mix, bacon and sweet onions to be served later atop twice-baked potatoes (currently roasting in foil on the grill). Next I harvested fresh lemongrass to blend with dry oolong and lemon verbena for a pitcher of iced tea. Using one of the pumpkins I bought last month and roasted, I made pumpkin nut oatmeal bars for my breakfast for the rest of the week, and right now theres chicken potato leek soup with fresh herbs from the garden in the Crock-Pot Slow Cooker for tomorrow nights dinner. Now Im tired and thinkin of gettin in a little yoga before tonights episode of Sleepy Hollow. :)
