Chilli Pork Well this Pork chilli recipe was a masterpiece recipe of my grandmother, handed over to us...she use to make it with passion, always used the red kashmiri chilies deseeded and ground on the stone grinder ‘’arakal’’, never compromised with chilli powder and always preferred slow cooking. Though made out of the fewest of the ingredients...this is a fabulous colorful and absolutely tasty dish which can go well with parathas and all types of rice and has been the favorite starter with drinks (for all my friends)..... When I made this during my vacation back at home...the whole dish vanished in few minutes and everyone loved it...and when I posted the pix in fb..my beloved friends during the Bahrain days (where we use to cook this dish often) were all yelling for it....
