Chores in the rain was never so much fun! Eliza started the trouble by stomping in a mud puddle and getting her shoes all wet- I was about to make a fuss, but then realized wed probably all be wet by the time we got back from moving the cattle and checking on the chickens. Sure enough. The rain held out for us to get as far from the house as we were going to, and then we had a lovely spring deluge. Suffice to say by the time we got back to the house Sam, Eliza, and I were all about as wet as her shoes after shed jumped in the puddle. Thankfully its not too cold, and Id insisted on winter jackets before we went out. The cattle are happily in a new paddock, the chickens were still dry, and we are back in the house for a little while anyway. Some post-dry clothes pictures of watching the rain from the porch.
