Chrysler is just a job! If your 18-25 with/without kids you should take full advantage of going back to school, the little health care benefits we have, building your 401k, etc. Dont let hours equal overtime equal a nice check! Cause you can get laid off any moment, rather your stacking or not your going to take a hurting. Especially if you have rent and a car note those 5 week lay offs are no hoe. So utilize your employment wisely, union is great but honestly dont depend on them for everything and to deal with your excuses; their are thousands of you between Canada and USA market. Same goes for FORD and GM.
