Shailesh K. Nadar (Shailesh Kumaran Seran) has a deep interest in and knowledge of films. He graduated from The American College, Madurai specialising in English Literature. An alumnus of Mahatma Montessori Matriculation Schools, Madurai, he is also the Founder Secretary of its Alumni Association. He founded and efficiently managed UthHeaven Group (Madurai) between 2001-2008, which dealt with Web Design, Marketing, Design Studio, Productions and Advertising, after which he joined Dot Com Infoway Limited (DCI), Chennai. Son of Mr. V.A.P.M. Seran hailing from the Vadiyan family of Virudhunagar and grandson of visionary entrepreneur Late Mr. V.A.P. Manoharan and Mr. Panneerselvam, Shailesh was always keenly interested in business and sales. From his early days as an entrepreneur, he has received continued support from his family and friends, enabling him to reach his ambition. Shailesh was Vice President, Dot Com Infoway Limited (of Galatta and Galatta Cinema magazine) between 2008 and 2012 after which he started Cinema Spice Media in 2013.
