Citizens of Manhattan, Somebody had this brilliant idea to put a round-a-bout in on Bluemont some odd number of years ago. However what they failed to do was send out information on how to properly use said round-a-bout. So here is a brief explanation. Do not stop driving unless you are going to hit somebody. A yield does not mean stop and wait for the other people who are yielding to make a move. Please for the love of god and efficient driving in this town do not stop unless you are going to directly hit somebody else, I beg you all!
