Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning five parcels of land containing 135.71 acres located on the west side of Ray Thorington Road, approximately 3500 feet south of Vaughn Road, from B-2-Q(Commercial-Qualified) and R-85 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning Districts to B-2-Q (Commercial- Qualified), R-50 (Single-Family Residential) and R-75-s (Single Family Residential) Zoning Districts. Recommended by the Planning Commission. (RZ-2014-008) 4. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning 117 parcels of land between I-65 and South Court Street along West Fairview Avenue area from T4-O (General Urban Zone-Open), T4-R (General Urban Zone-Restricted) and Civic Smart Code Districts to B-2 (Commercial) O-1 (Office), R-50 (Single-Family Residential), R-60-d (Duplex Residential), and R-65-m (Multi-Family Residential) Zoning Districts. Recommended by the Planning Commission. (RZ-2014-010) 5. Hearing on proposed Ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance, Article VII, Section 4 (Industrial Districts) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Montgomery. NEW BUSINESS 6. Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 11-2014 and authorizing transfer of property to HUD approved Community Housing Development Organization Community Action Partnership of North Alabama on Opportune Court and Opportune Way. 7. Ordinance authorizing Purchase/Sale Agreement and Sale of Real Estate for Economic Development at 58 and 62 Dexter Avenue. 8. Resolution of official apology and request to the Lincoln Cemetery Rehabilitation Authority that resigned members of the Authority reconsider and consent to be reinstated. Resolution amending Resolution No. 192-2011 and No. 251-2011, authorizing Mayor to obtain a Line of Credit administered through a Sweep Account in anticipation of Revenues. 10.
