Class schedule for week of July 15 through 21: Coed Boxing: Monday 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm Wednesday, 6:00 am to 7:00 am, 9:30 am to 10:30 am, 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm Friday, 6:00 am to 7:00 am Saturday, 10:00 am to 11:00 am The Crucible - Semper Fitness: Thursday, 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm Saturday, noon to 1:00 pm Coed Boxing - interval training program incorporating the sport-specific techniques used in boxing to provide a high level of conditioning for both the aerobic and anaerobic systems of the body. The training includes boxing techniques, punching, footwork, punch mitts and jump rope. There is no contact between participants during classes. The Crucible by Semper Fitness - a sixty-minute high-intensity MMA inspired strength and conditioning class.
