Class tonight! 47 women exercising together. I cant remember ever seeing Stradbroke Hall this full! It was the best feeling looking around and seeing everyone exercising together but most importantly having a bit of fun! Im not overly sure what Im doing but I think I must be doing something right?! Thank you to everyone that attended tonights class. It was great to see my regulars back and some newbies returning! Congratulations to the 20 group members that have achieved either 12 or 18 months of class attendance also. I have witnessed your fitness gains and you should be very proud of your achievements. My goal during the last two years of exercise classes has been to help a large number of women live more healthy and active lifestyles. I am slowly achieving this goal thanks to everyone that continues to support my classes.
