Yes Ive been running, but Ive also been doing a lot of cross training to prepare myself for this run. This mornings 1 minute challenge is cross jacks!! Like a jumping jack + a squat 1. Stand feet together 2. Jump your feet out a bit wider than shoulder width apart 3. Reach your R arm down and across to your L foot 4. Jump back to standing 5. Jump back our and reach your L arm down and across to your R foot 6. Back to standing 7. REPEAT!!!! It is SO IMPORTANT to sit back into your squat with your chest up and your weight in your heels. Avoid bowing during this move(: FORM OVER SPEED!!!!! TAG someone you know has a running race coming up(: And set your timers for 1 minute, comment below with how many stance jacks you can do in 1 minute!
