Client Compliment; On the weekend of 28 March 2014 I was on holiday in Durban with my family and unfortunately Saturday 29 March late in the afternoon my beach bag was stolen and it had my car keys, wallet and cellphone in it. After making arrangements for my car to be towed from Beach front I then contacted my brother who was in Joburg and asked him to please go to Park Station and ask for a Greyhound bus driver who will be driving to Durban so that he can give him my spare keys as although my car was safe but it was not locked. I just want to express my gratitude to Skhumbuzo who was the driver from Joburg to Montrose and to Mr Masuku who was the exchange driver from Montrose to Durban firstly for agreeing to take my spare key and for communicating with me along the way. I really appreciate their spirit of Ubuntu and would like to assure Greyhound that I will continue to travel on their buses as their people have shown that they really care about their passengers. Please convey my message of gratitude to the two bus drivers. Thank you, Busisiwe.
