I AM HOME!!!! I stopped a few extra times along the way to stretch and get the blood flowing again. What in the world possessed me to, at the age of 46 do all this heavy lifting, throwing, and pulling of fire trucks? LMAO Oh, I remember. Because I can!!!! LOL :-D Because I took today off from training, Im back at it in the morning. The Jacksonville Beach Team Challenge will be in a couple weeks and I need to prepare for that. :-) Then that will be it for the 2014 season! Heavy training during my very short off season because Ill be gearing up for the 2015 season and will be back January 10th for the Florida Keys games!!! Already looking forward to it!!!
