Client Relations Specialist (Call Center Operator) Job description: • At least six-month work experience as a call center operator / office manager / administrator. Applicants without previous work experience will also be considered. • Good speaking and writing skills, clear articulation. • Confident PC user (MS Office, e-mail applications), high typing speed. • Graduate degree / specialized secondary education. • Good social skills. Responsibilities: • Entering information on companies of the city into enterprises database. • Informing clients about the product, events, and news of the Company, as well as about advertising capabilities. • Collecting information on clients’ needs in placing advertisements in 2GIS business listings. • Making phone calls to verify the information being entered.
