Clinical Team Leader ( RMN ) – Forensic Mental Health Hospital Clinical Team Leader ( RMN ) Service: Private Hospital - Mental Health Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire Salary: £29,000 - £38,000 per annum enhancements for unsocial hours Hours: 37.5 hours per week Contract type: Permanent Job Details: A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a substantially motivated, experienced and skilled RMN to work for one of the UKs largest independent providers of mental health and social care pathways. The hospital is a purpose built with 6 wards that provide two separate care pathways for men and women from medium secure through to low secure to locked services. Location: The hospital is located on the outskirts of Stevenage and is easily reached from Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire. Stevenage itself also has a regular train service connecting it to Kings Cross in London. Person Specification: We are looking for exceptional, enthusiastic and motivated Team Leaders to join our clients expanding teams across our secure mens and womens pathway. Successful applicants will work as members of a full multi-disciplinary team and will possess excellent clinical, team and communication skills together with vision and enthusiasm to develop the hospitals service model. You will need to have the ability to think on your feet, multitask to a high standard and show exemplary role modelling and leadership skills. Previous forensic secure and/or acute experience is preferable; although applicants should have at least 6 months experience as a staff nurse preferably working in one of these settings.
