Cloudy and breezy conditions will continue Tuesday morning with lows in the lower 40s/upper 30s. Wind chill values will make it feel closer to freezing, as winds continue out of the Northwest at 8-16 mph with occasionally higher gusts. Clouds will stick around for the morning hours and begin to break up this afternoon. Highs will push into the middle 50s across the entire viewing area. There is the potential for some drizzle both in the morning and later this evening, but after that we expect to be dry and chilly through the rest of the week with slightly warmer temperatures heading into the late weekend.
