Coleflour & potatoes with minsta pasta. Sauté garlic, 1 potato & 1 head coke flour in olive oil add 1 small can chicken broth bring to boil & simmer till cooked. Make & drain pasta & mix together leaving just a little water in pasta serve with grated cheese & red pepper flakes. The salad is 1 avocado, can of pitted black olives, can chic peas drain both cans, cut up tomato, 1 chopped clove garlic a little red onion season to taste & drizzle extra virgin olive oil mix serve & enjoy!!!
