Based against a background of Truth, the playwright Mikhail Bulgakov has been instructed by the Secret Police to write a play about the young Joseph Stalin in honour of his 60th birthday. the only problem is that he hates him and everything for which he stands. However help is at hand from an unlikely source when Stalin himself, unbeknown to the Secret Police, volunteers to write the script for him so long as he takes over performing some of Stalins administrative tasks. There are 13 roles available in this brilliant play.
