Come Expectantly The stone that had been rolled across the mouth of Jesus’ tomb was larger and heavier than three women could possibly manage. For that matter, it may have been more than three brawny men could have tackled. The women came anyway. They didn’t know what would happen. They didn’t know who might help. But everything they had learned about Jesus of Nazareth since they had first met Him taught them to come expectantly. How do you approach a “great stone” in your life? You choose to come with expectation. Hope is a starting place. You choose to open your heart to hope. Glorious Morning! And they said among themselves, Who shall roll us away the stone from the door of the sepulchre? (Mark 16:3 KJV)
